Have total faith in RBX. One of those artists that never made a lot of noise but has a great  catalogue.

This has been my joint for damn near 20 years.

Nice joint.. good lookin out!

There's a lot of great gems like this in the 90's from artists not really tagged with the "conscious" label--but the gangsta rapper label--yet they'd often place one or two of these sentimental/conscious joints somewhere on their album.  It was really common in those days in the way they sequenced albums to balance it with a joint like this.  Sometimes they were the song you would listen to over and over again but these tracks didn't usually make for good singles.  So often they were slept on...off the top of my head here's a list..

Bad Azz - "The Last Time"
Kurupt - "The Life" track 6 East Coast disc Kuruption
Fiend - "Feel My Pain" (this one was a single)
Master P - "If I Could Change" (single)
Slim Calhoun - "Worldly Ways"
Dogg Pound - "Reality"
Xzibit - "Foundation" (single)
Xzibit - "Best of Things"
Canibus - "I Honor You" (was a single)
Coolio - "C U When You Get There" (was a single)
2pac - "White Man'z World"
2pac - "Krazy"
2pac - "Lord Knows"

shit.. the 2pac list could go on forever

But Aftermath Presents will always be his greatest moment in my opinion.  He appeared on the most timely and underrated hip-hop song "East/West Killaz" which should have been an all-time anthem on the level of "Hip-Hop Hooray".  And then "Blunt Time" that song should have been a smokers anthem for all times.

His greatest track (non solo)

RBX greatest solo joint

On the low "Blunt Time" was supposed to be a Dogg Pound diss "nik nack paddy wack give a dogg a bone, long beach is the city I rep is my zone...dogg yelpin but no help came" and also the Source reported a line where he says "Dogg Pound had a pimp" but it was removed from the album.
