I always wondered why "Got It Locked and Pimp Hotline" wern't on it when I had heard them on the vinyl album singles that were released.
because eminem came along and took priority
would have barely gone gold if that, at the time...i love it, but average fan hears aftermath presents minus the dre hits from that
They did everything for the album. Filmed the first single, had it making rounds on BET. Ads in the Source "in Stores Now". He had a special on RapCity, where they had him and Dre at Dre's mansion out on the golf course.Guess what they asked him? How much do you think your album will sell? His answer:). "I would just like to have a gold plaque. Something to show my grandkids I did something in this rap game."It was an episode with Big Lez (fine ass bitch)
I forget the story of what exactly happened. I didn’t know it was actually released. I thought it was shelved?
Also The “Zoom” beat is on here. So it was for king t first? He says” me and shady doing 80” y’all think he’s talking about Em?Kinda weird he’s mentioned Em and Dre pretty much Replaced him with Em
Dre made a mistake not releasing this album. It was not going to be multi-platinum, but it is a great album. King T is a legend.
