DUBCNN: Nate Dogg - Sweet Pack Of Lies

I'm currently browsing through Nate Dogg's so-called unreleased tracks and see if you can buy them somewhere or in better quality, for example on singles etc sometimes other names and thought to myself just ask Shazam
now I came across it here
Jesse Jaxx (Ft. Nate Dogg) - Lies
Has the guy taken the track from Dubcnn and rapped his part?
Because sound-wise it sounds a bit thicker
