kanye made a revolution in hip hop with his graduation album, also he is relevant artist since late 90s.

quik couldnt make it to that level.

But this is the greatest producers "Of All Time"...not "Of The Last 20 Years".  You can't deny that Dre wasn't great at one time.  I agree with you he hasn't done much lately, but he definitely deserves to be high on the list overall.
