From my understanding, Jimmy Henchman gave the word and said next time the shot would be higher if he kept speaking on him. Suge went on to sue Kanye West.

On a sidenote, it sucked to see Interscope and the west coast side with all of Pac's enemies, including Puffy.  :grumpy:
