It may seem like a bad career move for Snoop to go to No Limit, but like LastDragon said, he had to find a way to get out of Death Row.

Other bad choices I agree with:

Mack 10/Cash Money

Nas/Murder Inc

Spice 1 going underground instead of staying with Jive

Brotha Lynch for not giving Black Market that one or two albums just to get out of his contract.  Sure, he may not have gotten paid for them, but at least his contract would be over and we would have heard A LOT more NEW material from Lynch from '97 - present.  In the meantime Black Market released several bullshit Lynch albums, and a lot of people think that those are real Lynch albums (people who don't read the interviews).  IMO, this is the worst of CAREER moves.  I believe this has damaged his career considerably.

snoop doing songs with the neptunes

This was the best Snoop could have done concerning his career. The "Beautful" Single brought him back into the charts, into the radio, into tv and back in the game!

Yup, and I bet the mad airplay that "Beautiful" got along with the success of the video, not to mention "Beautiful" quite possibly being the spring break anthem, totally put the nails in the coffin, huh?  ::)
