lloyd banks is dope as fuck, i just wish he wasn't with 50. hopefully 50 won't be on his solo more than once or twice

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

Isn't G-Unit dropping before Banks ?

To me, Banks & 50 is about equal, and Yayo running a bit behind them..
Banks may be more lyrical than 50, but he lack 50's charisma, writing & attitude.
But that may change when he release a album, Banks been ripping everything he's on lately.

damn i wouldnt mind havin this shit, howd banks flow on these joints? does he change it slightly for different beats? cuz i think thats what he needs to work on cuz sometimes he flows exactly the same on all the beats no matter if they faster or slower and it can be a lil annoyin at times cuz he def a dope writer but his young and if he gets the right backing for his albu, it should come out dope

peace

Last I heard about this was from this site, someone had a post sayin that Banks in August, 50 in November and G-Unit early 2004....But I have no idea anymore...I did hear something about a G-Unit album early fall...that was out of some magazine I forget which one it was...
