I just got NBA......

Live 2003.........i went on Tuesday..........trying to decide which game to get either 2k3 or Live 2003...........i just picked Live 2003!! when i started playing it i was like   I was shocked how much Live changed their style.......this year the game is very uptempo lots of fastbreaks and spectacular dunks!  graphics are tight......coaches look realistic more than ever and players too!  This game is tight! i havent played 2k3 so i cant say its better than 2k3......but Live made it different and its a fun game to play......that new thing "Freestyle Control" is dope......u make this krazy crossovers and fancy passes!  but if anybody has this........wheres all the rookies at??  I remembered that Yao Ming was on this game .......when the draft was  on TNT they showed him on the game.....but i cant seem to find him! thats the only dissapoint as of yet......but maybe i have to unlock him or something. anybody know about this???

Yeah, I got 2k3 and no Yao on there either. I read online that neither game has him since he wasn't signed at the time the discs were pressed. Kind of sucks.

cause i got nba 2k3 for the xbox and although there is no yao ming now,there should be a roster update download with him in there

i havent played live 2003,but i just played 2k3 for ps2 at a friends,and while i HATED playing the game with that piece of shit ps2 controller the game was pretty dope,i kicked some ass to   lol

i got live for PS2...........and how does that work to update the rosters?? u downloaded......and then how do u put it on the system??

for the roster updates you have to download them onto your memory card (for ps2) and thats pretty much it i guess,nba2k1 for dreamcast had roster updates and thats how it worked

ahhhh...........and how do u downloaded into the memory card itself??? is there a special cable that u have to use??  thanks for the info!

for the xbox u download the roster updates into the built in hard-drive

I just got Live 2003 for the ps2... damn, im killing some folks in the online category... however, the game is like ten hundred percent better than last years verion... I must say, I'm impressed with this game
