Javi is on point.  Listen, back in the days of slavery, and for sometime after as well, whites would get a basket of food, a blanket, and a rope. They would pick the first black man, or nigger, as they said, they could find and hang him from a tree. They would spread out the blanket right there and eat while he choked to death. They also took pregnant blacks and cut their stomach open, pull out the unborn baby and smash it's head as the mother died watching. Pick a nigger A.K.A. picnic.  And this is true.

However; in todays world even the word "nigga" itself is used to symbolize brotherhood, similarly, we can celebrate the positive sides of certain words, but at the same time we should not remain oblivious to the origins of that word.  Peace
