New Hulk Hogan DVD

Man, everybody go buy that dvd, "Hollywood Hulk Hogan: Hulk Still Rules".  That thing is the best wrestling dvd I've ever seen, it's got EVERYTHING on it.  Here's just some of the stuff they have:

a 1 hour long interview/rundown of his career, where he talks about Mr. Wonderful, Vince McMahon, Andre the Giant, The Rock, HHH, and the Macho Man.  He disses the Macho Man and Mr.Wonderful pretty bad, lol, but says it's just his side of the story, haha.

Full Length matches of 15 of his most famous or rare events... including

Hogan Vs. The Rock
Hogan Vs. HHH
Hogan Vs. Andre the Giant @ Wrestlemania III in 1987
Hogan Vs. Andre the Giant @ Shea Stadium in 1980
Hogan Vs. Ted Dibiase, in Hogan's Debut WWWF Match in 1978
Hogan & Brutus Beefcake Vs. Zeus (Tiny Lister) and the Macho Man
Hogan Vs. The Undertaker
Hogan Vs. The Iron Shiek, to win his first WWf World Title
The 1990 Royal Rumble

and a ton others.  It's also got promos before about every match, showing his promos from the time... it's got footage of him showing Mean Gene how to workout from like 1983, it's got footage of him showing Vince McMahon how to eat properly, and take vitamins from around the same time, it's got the first promo from when he returned from the AWA and started Hulkamania in 1983, it's just got EVERYTHING, everything  you could imagine... some matches are missing, so I guess they're gonna do a part II, but this is an amazing dvd... It's over 6 hours long, on 2 discs.

That is great. I'll have to cop that. Yo Trauma, is the match with the Warrior on there, or were the matches you listed the only matches on the dvd?

Yer for real Hulk Hogan was and still is one of the most over-rated wrestlers ever, he didnt even have good mis skills.  His voice is annoying and his movement and moves in the ring where and still are poor.  He has been the wrestler that has been built around commercialisation for the whole of his career.  I mean every world champion should have a finisher that kicks ass, I mean a finisher that not only  looks good but makes you go owwwww when you see sum 1 get it done on them, e.g, stunner, rock bottom, sharp shooter, tombstone, last ride, choke slam, G-5 or whatever is called, flying elbow, but come on he is supposely the best wrestler ever and his finisher  is a running leg drop. Poooorrrrrrr

^^^ Watch the DVD, you'll learn a lot more about Wrestling!

1st off, back then, like Tom said, they didn't have that many spots.  Plus, Hogan was 339 pounds when he fought Andre in 1980... He was HUGE.  As he runs around the ring, the announcers are talking about how Agile he is.  It's 22 years later, of course he's a hella lot slower.

2nd, I have no idea what you're saying about no Mike skills.  Hogan may be the greatest on the Mike ever.  I'm not kidding, watch his old stuff, he was amazing.  He practically invented the promo.  The only one on his level, I would say, would be Ric Flair.

3rd, Hogan isn't the greatest at having a ton of moves in his arsenal, but he's excellent at timing, and he's never hurt anyone in the ring.  How many wrestlers can say that?  Everybody talks trash about Hogan not being able to wrestle, but in reality, he's the most over wrestler of all time, and by doing simple moves, his charisma carries CAREERS.  Before his match with the Rock, the Rock's dad told him "Just listen to Hogan when you're out there", and they had an awesome match.  Simple moves, but amazing match.
