Too $hort

I think that's why I love the guy so much. I can't really relate to any other artists. I might be able to relate to a particular song from another artist but not the artist as a whole.

Too $hort usually spits real simple real life situations that effect us all no matter where you are from. I can't relate to some 'shoot the up' type of thug gangsta rapper with all bling bling because I don't live taht sort of life, and hardly anyone does.

And because Short's main theme is 'sex', I can relate to that too coz I'm young  and I'm living that life right now

Paris - Agree with almost all of his points on politics
DJ Quik - Dont drink or smoke or nothin but relate to him always wanting to have a good time

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

Man i fuckin love Paris. But he's CD's out here are unbelievable expensive coz they're imports and i can't find it on mirc either. I have Gureilla Funk on tape back from when i was 13/14 and i love it. I like to hear some educated rappers who know what they're talkin bout rather than some fool who lost his mind on crack just track banging.

I got mad props for Paris
