WICHITA, Kan. (AP) - Police on Wednesday charged a night club owner with murdering three of his patrons whose dismembered remains were discovered in a remote dump.

Police investigating the disappearance of brothers Oscar Ramirez, 27, and Nicolas Ramirez, 22, searched Wichita's Club Mexico last week after receiving a tip. Interviews with people there led investigators to the fire pit southeast of Wichita, where the remains were found.

On Tuesday, authorities said they believed some of the remains were those of the Ramirez brothers. On Wednesday, they tentatively identified the remains of a third victim and Club Mexico patron, 30-year-old Clint Jones.

An anthropologist from Wichita State University was assisting with the identifications and the autopsies. It could be months before the remains are positively identified through dental records or DNA testing, officials said.

Authorities said Jones was murdered July 26, and the brothers July 31. Jones apparently did not know the Ramirez brothers, police Lt. Ken Landwehr said. Police believe all were shot.

Club owner Arturo Garcia was charged with three counts of first-degree murder. Three others, either club employees or friends of the victims, were charged with concealing the crime or helping Garcia hide from authorities, police said.

Two other men probably will be charged Thursday, authorities said.

Garcia was being held on $1 million. During an initial court appearance Wednesday, he told the judge he would find his own lawyer and did not need a public defender.
