Im not sure....Theres a line Obie says in one of his songs the references to Jay Z tho, something like "your nervous switch, still twitch off Jay Z".....I never understood wtf he was talking about, but the says it.

They prolly recorded the whole album will on the rock the mic tour, look at the features, 50 & Gunit, Busta, Eminem, D12,Timbo, supposed to be w Jay n Snoop.

Its basically featuring the core of Roc the Mic tour.

I don't know, I just ain't a fan of Jay's at all. And that line that you was referrin' to goes "Your nervous system still twitch of Jay-Z". Like you said I have no idea what the fucc that means. It seems like some of these traccs like "We All Die One Day" and "Shit Hits The Fan" were thrown on there at the last minute. Maybe to replace a Snoop tracc, Jay tracc, or that "Hustler" tracc? And if this is true then I wonder why they did it.
