Important question about Videos & pictures...

I am in a Conspiracy Theory course right now. For the final project I am doing it on Pac. Analyzing why people believed the conspiracy (including myself). For the presentation I want to show images from vid's like Hail Mary, Toss It Up, Smile, etc. Now I can burn all these onto Cd's but it would be easier to queue if I could get individual pics of the video. Does anyone know how I could do this? Any kinda of mpeg editor might be able to do it. Thx.
