Funny, cause I never liked Star Wars a lot until the Episode I hype came.  Then of course cause of Natalie Portman, the banganest bitch in the world I started to follow it.

Hey Seer, didn't you already reserve tickets?   ::)  Talk about freaks.

Yeah, also there is a book out for Episode III, I think written 25 years ago, and I know that is what happens to Anakin. as He kills Samuel L. Jackson.  They hide Amidala and the kids from Anakin...but Amidala eventually dies... :'(

lol @ freaks... yeah we got adcance tickets ;D somone at work joked we should go.. suddenly there's 12 of us.  i'm not heavily into it - but i guess its gotta be done at least once (i queued for 'jedi' as a kid for hours and missed out by about 6 queue places in one showing so we gave up so i'm making up for that too (btw: i really wasnt being sarcastic above.. i really didnt know that)

from what i gleaned from a recent interview the samuel l jackson character 'Mace Windu' was the original centre of the whole series.

i'm hoping that just like in the original trilogy the middle one this time is also the best.. 'Empire Strikes Back' is the best one... maybe because the rebellion loses.

Man, I'm gonna cry if they show Fett get killed.  That was the saddest part of Jedi, or Empire whichever one Boba died in. *sniff, *sniff.  I'm just hoping he isn't dead, because they didn't show him ACTUALLY die, he just fell.

I just heard that in the book version of Ep. III, Anakin aka Vadar goes ape shit and kills all the Jeti except Obi-Wan and Yoda.

Yea, I believe I heard somewhere before that Darth destroyed the jedi's almost single handedly.  He really, really, really was a bad A$$.  That's why I'm sayin' he never would have been defeated by Luke, if he wouldn't have played mind games with him.

Yeah, he fell into the pit, but, it didn't show him die.  He could have escaped, or whatever, and be laying low until episodes 7-9 (which will probably never be made).  On the official star wars site, it hints at this... because it says that he fell, then says "It appears his legacy ends here" or something like that.  We don't know for sure if he died, so i'm holding out hope, LOL.

I agree, with you, too that Empire was better, because they actually won!  Nobody saw that coming, they thought for sure Luke was gonna kill Darth Vader, and Darth handed him his a$$ and cut his friekin' hand off, When I saw that, I was jumpin' up and down I was so happy they kept it real.

The thing I don't get is...when Anakin fell into the pit, was he already bad, or did he fall into the pit resisting to the dark side, someone (It think Palpatine) pushes him into it.  Then they recover his body and hook him up to a mahcine to save him cause of he is strong with the force.

Episode III will be much darker, and evil that it may make some fans mad.  George Lucas said oh well to that...that is how the story goes.

Though I can't wait until Anakin fucks all the Jedi up.

From what I understand:

Anakin goes nuts, he's seduced by the dark side.  The reason, is because Obi Wan trained him at Qui Gon Kanobe's request, who was killed in episode 1.  He then killed Darth Maul.  He trained Anakin, even though Yoda had refused to, and thought he could do as good of a job... Yoda thought Anakin was too old to train, and also felt that Anakin was dark, and would easily succomb to the darkness.  He destroys the jedi knights, except for a few; Obi Wan Kanobe throws Anakin into the pit, destroying his arms and legs.  Darth Vader later killed Obi Wan in one of the original three movies (I think in the empire strikes back), but only because Obi Wan let him (he sacrificed himself so the others could get away).  At the beginning of episode 4, Ben Kanobe tells luke about his dad, Anakin, and even later gives him Anakin's jedi sword, and tells him Darth Vader killed his father Anakin.  It ends up Ben Kanobe is really Obi Wan, he's just been hiding around Luke for years, protecting him.  You know the rest.

the best star wars movie in my opinion is Empire, no doubt about it, although i'm excited about episode III

ep 1-the beginging
ep 2-the love story
ep 3-the darker of the trilogy of the trilogies

and i dunno i liked the end of Jedi, it showed no matter what or how powerful evil is, good will always prevail, and theres good in everyone .....lol i loved how vader went gangster at the end and helped luke when he was about to die

Vader killed Obi-Wan in Episode 4 - A New Hope, not Empire.
There is no book of Episode 3 yet but Anakin is responsible for the killing of the jedi (i dont know about it just being him tho)
i know this 100%, if anyone disagrees have u ever actually seen or read a copy?

From my understand, Anakin is already on the dark side when Obi-Wan battles him and he falls in the pit.

Um, Fett fell into the pit in Jedi but in the comic books and novels that followed the movies - "The Expanded Universe", Boba is spat out of the pit cause it was unable to digest him, Dengar (another bounty hunter finds him and keeps him alive.)

oh, and its Kenobi

i heard it's in George Lucus's will , the main things he wants in episodes-7-9 and he already has an idea who he wants to direct and write them

also , i'm pretty sure this is flase, but i heard that they're going to remake the original (or middle trilogy) with new actors and shit....is this true at all...i hope not

oh yeah, does anyone know if jar jar get killed or not....i hate the gungans...lol

I read an interview with lucas, he said he didn't think 7-9 would ever be done.  So Don't get your hopes up, this was a couple years ago, though, so maybe the bug has bit him.

I KNEW BOBA DIDNT DIE!!! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Yaeh, the first 3 were never published, I don't think... but there are 'expanded universe' books that point at it, like you said.  Lucas finished the first 3 scripts (loosely) when he produced the middle three movies.
