good shit.. altho i snagged this.. i've got most of the classics already.. on automatic for the people and out of time..

i used to use automatic for the people as a cure for insomnia :)

I never could understand the attraction with them.  I like them, but hell I like everybody.  I never could understand why people (take Jome, for instance) liked them, and only them.  They're good, but there's at least a dozen bands better than them, but most R.E.M. fans put them as #1.  I just don't get it.

With that said, like I said I still like a bunch of their stuff.  Man on the Moon, Losing My Religion, What's the Frequency, Kenneth?, Crush, Bang & Blame, etc. etc. etc.

im an REM fan and i dont put them as number one...they are damn good though...ill definetely be picking this shit up
