I think i've found an even easier way to download albums than to download them off of MIRC. On MIRC if you don't have connections you have to wait in long queues sometimes for days to download new stuff.

I've been looking for Live versions of Brian Wilson's current concert tour in england, and they've been uploading the full live concert onto Usenet Newsgroups within 2 days of the concert all week. I've also found bootleg newsgroups, and download "Gravity" a free newsreader... I've downloaded a shitload of new stuff and bootleg albums off of there. Works pretty good, I think.

i used to fuck with the newsgroup stuff, stopped along time ago though. ive just been using ftps

My buddy says that these newsgroups work very well but I could never get it to work. I think I got a bad .exe file.

I would be useful to get a thread like Jome's mIRC one.

yeah all i've used lately is ftp's but i only have one working ftp at the moment...i need to find another with some good music on it. hey nima you know any good ones that i can get access to?
