Material, animal, and human...Sacrifice

What are your thoughts.  Like Jewels in Pulp Fiction.  I'd love to just give everything up and walk the Earth.  Who was the character in the Bible Jewels was referring to?  Was it Moses?

I decided I'm going to make a sacrifice of my own.  This may sound stupid, but I wanted to pick something that I do on my own, that wouldn't extirpate problems onto someone else.

So I picked music video's.  It's a habit for me to just turn on the TV every once in a while to see if any good ones are on.  I've been doing that since I was 11.  I'm giving up any music video's and music television for a month.  A month exactly.
