Is the intro from Quiks "One on one" on Suga Free's new CD?

I think it's actually a Hi-C song and not a Suga Free song. It is called "Swallow me". That's one of the best fucking beats I have ever heard....Quik, release that shit mayne!!

where do you all get the name Swallow Me from??  I have never heard it called that offically. and I don't think that was suga or hi c in the begining of that song.

I was told this in this forum some months ago when I started a thread asking bout this one song. Someone told me it was called "Swallow me" and it was by Hi-C.
