to answer your question, Great! all that rape wallet stolen BS is exactly that, BS!  Everyone has these pre-conceived notions about how it is in tijuana and never go after dark because they're scared little bitches.  Much like anywhere else in the world mind your own fuckin business and you'll be fine.  Ave. De Revolucion is full of american college and high school students on weekends and it is pretty damn safe if you're a rational person and know the difference between the right and wrong thing to do.  I love going to tijuana so much, mainly because I live in san diego,  we cross the border on vacation and shit just to get tacos, 3 for a dollar for lunch then get some beers and have a good time.  All of these punk ass pre-conceived notions need to just stop because in reality its great, I say tijuana at night is one of those you should experience at least once in life.....but thats jus me.
