Thats not GTA...thats Midtown Madness 2...I used to own that piece of crap game.

Yeah, you can definitely MM 2.  The textures on the buildings, cars, and sidewalk all look like shit, and I recognize the background where the stree keeps going.

That, and look at the GTA San Andreas sign in the bottom right.  All the other pictures have the same exact logo, while this one looks totally different.
