Just listened to it..

That's Royce's verse off "Hit" feat. Cutty Mack & Ingrid Smalls..
It's better than the NBS track, you can find it on "M.I.C. mixtape vol.1"

He do shout them out, so I guess he co-signed "stealing" the verse..
