man i been smoking blacks since i was 16 and i am 25 now....never had a problem ....istill play ball and other sports and never had any effects.....i usualy smoke about  2 1/2 a day and if i go out drinking that will be another 5 on top of the other....i do inhale and still never had a problem....the shit about making your lungs bleed is such bullshit....u can either smoke em or not....dont look for an excuess not to thou...if that shit happned then they would not sell them...........late............
