story is cool but short, you get to play as a few characters during the story line...it's the closest you'll get to a real western game even though some of the characters are a little far fetched....you play through story mode to unlock more weapons, characters and levels for multiplayer mode

multiplayer mode is fun but it gets old pretty quit

i'd give this game about an 8.0

^^ i think the idea behind State of Emergency was good, but they just didnt pull it off...

the whole panic idea was pretty good, don't think it was though out to well though. there's only about 6 different looking civilians you see running around. i just think they marketed too much like a Grand Theft Auto game and people (like myself) were disappointed
