Kay Slay. That voice, along with when it kicks in and the shit talk it is used for makes me aggressive. As for artists

Bizarre (along with his incredibly lame way of rappin)
Talib Kweli
Eminem (I hate not likin the voices of the latter two, cause they sum of the best MC's around)
Lil Jon
Pharell when I gotta listen to him for too long
KRS-ONE (not the voice itself but sumthin bout the way he uses it can get on my nerves)

Sorry for anyone who likes him but AZ on lifes a bitch on illmatic I always skip his verse its so annoying i hate those kind of voices
