11 Against All Odds - Danny Boy

It's a slow jam and has a choir at the end. I believe this was recorded right after he completed his Death Row debut LP. So lets say 97. Thats a Dubcc exclusive sample too, you wont hear that anywhere else ever. Please dont pass it around.

Danny Boy's debut from 96 is the best album Death Row have locked in their vaults, I believe if Suge didnt get locked up it would have dropped, you had DJ Quik & Devante producing the majority of it and a couple from Daz. Quik mixed the CD. You have 2 songs with Tupac on also one was an intro, those Tupac vocals have still never been used or re-mixed. Considering DB wasnt paid for his contributions on 'All Eyez On Me' until last year I can't see them ever using those them unless its on Danny's album. DB was taken off tracks on 'Better Dayz' and that CD before. Since that 96 album he's recorded another 3 albums worth of music and is still in LA working his upcoming Death Row release and has plans of doing the "Knight Time Entertainment" venture with Suge. The R&B side of Death Row Records. But of course the label needs time to re-surface as the major force it once was, and that doesnt mean releasing a Crooked I or Kurupt album, it means building the family and company again.

That Crooked I and Nate Dogg track must be a song that they did with Daz becuase I have never heard of it, im virtually sure I dont have it. It wasnt for his Untouchable album thats for sure. Remember when Crooked left Virgin he signed with Daz's Dogg Pound imprint and recorded an albums worth of music.

I think Crook In Me was going to be on the Say Hi To The Bad Guy Vol 1 which DPG was going to release around the same time death Row were to release their version of Say Hi To The Bad Guy

Sounds right cause Nate Dogg wasnt on Untouchable. I would say that track was from 98. Where did you hear about it?

There was a snippet of it on the DPGrecordz website a while ago-sounds like a good song. It was tagged and said dpg recordz every 10 seconds which is real annoying though. I think Daz said he wasnt going to release that album when crooked left tha row
