This seems to be the year that decent music gets regonized for some reason. Jada may have his first platnum CD, Kanye, Talib is getting all kinds of props, Xzibit is a star thanks to MTV, and promises a more political CD, it just seems like everything is all good.

And yeah...all those "teenie-boppers-MTV-type-of-kids" will definitely be interested in X's new album, so normally, it should result in bigger sales.

Haha, I knew you were going to say ''Pimp My Ride''. What's funny is that since seeing that show a lot of my friends have started listening (or re-listening) to X. One of my friends was like ''Oh yeah, I remember him. He did that song ''X''. That song was cool!''. The next day he came over with the ''Restless'' album and was bumping ''Front 2 Back''. What's cool is that I think nearly everyone I know has seen ''Pimp My Ride'' and they all seem to like it. Definately some great exposure for him - all he needs is a killer single and X will be doing big numbers in no time.

Oh yeah, hopefully he'll be promoting the album on the next new episodes of ''Pimp My Ride''

Xzibit hosts the show.  Lots of people watch the show and like it.  It's big exposure.

Thanx. Yeah, it's good for him. Actually i'm anticipating him a lot after that great verse in Rap Phenomenon II. "Like one monkey can stop the show, let's GOO!". I love his verse, cant stop bumping it.

Xzibit is also on a Right Guard commercial in the U.S. He is definatly gettin good exposure. I think Pimp My Ride will be back because it was a huge success.

you right, i read in the wcc website that they had 72 million viewers across the world, and that they were preparing the 2nd season (they gonna be filming it in august 2004). So i think thats alot of exposure for mister X to the Z.

It's good exposure, but it depends which route X is going..
Seems like he's not gonna get a big single with Nate or Dre this around, but rather have some low budget underground music with SAS & the homies..
We'll see..

I hope he's goin' that route because his stuff with SAS has been bangin'. He just needs to get one or two commercial tracks ont he allbum and he's cool.
