Here's the deal - after Death Row put Tha Last Meal on its website before it was released, Priority and No Limit panicked and rushed the album to stores. That's why it came out a week early in Europe and had the incomplete cover (to those with the 'plain' inlay, check the credits - "Studio Tone's full name", missing sample credits etc).

The incomplete cover with the brick wall on the back is most likely to be worth something in years time ( although I doubt it really ), just 'cause it's the rush version to combat Tha Row's 'leak'. Now you can only buy it with the full cartoon and whatnot.
