Azureus is better to use than the original BitTorrent, BitTornado is good as well..

How to upload aka seed a file with Azureus:

1. FILE -> CREATE TORRENT
2. Choose the "upload tracker URL" (given by the site you upload to), and then choose 1 file or a folder to upload, then hit NEXT.
3. Find the file on your computer by hitting BROWSE, then NEXT.
4. Oversee the info, then hit FINISH.

Now the .torrent file should be made, and is ready to be seeded, do this to seed:

1. FILE -> OPEN -> Torrent-file (For seeding)
2. Choose file or folder (will be named .torrent after the previous "Create Torrent" step.
3. The file should start uploading once somebody connects.

You also have to make a post about it on the site you upload to, but that's done in 10 seconds, see each sites upload FAQs..
