He means Eazy E rapped that line but he doesn't know who wrote the lyrics since Eazy had many ghostwriters. Although I'm pretty sure Cube wrote that since he did most of Eazy Duz It.

Eazy almost never wrote his own shit.. especially in the early days.

considering that line was from 1988 (it was on aong on Eazy Duz It ) it was most likely Ice Cube, but could have been The DOC.  my money's on cube.
