I have a computer virus, plz help

its a file called PJCMBI32.EXE-1FEC2AD6.pf

and i keep deleting it but it keeps recreating itself, right when i deleted it another one automatically shows up. someone please help

If i knew how to help I would help you, but the only way I can think of getting rid of it is using a recovery disk( if you have one) but it erases like all your files, and starts from scratch..just use it for emergency i guess

use an anti virus if you have one, and if that doesn't work, back up the things you want and proceed to format your harddrive and restart all over
