Ace had a track called Ghetto Life, and Boogieman had a track called Ghetto Love...Boogieman dissed Ace in a song called Just You Wait, claiming that Masta Ace had basically bitten his track...then Ace made Acknowledge and ripped him...and then they battled in the club...
