Hahaha, I dont even think I bought 10 albums from that year [96' was the last great year], but ill give it a go......

1. Scarface - The Untouchable
2. Bone - Art Of War
3. Wu Tang Clan - Wu Tang Forever
4. Biggie - Life After Death
5. 2Pac - R U Still Down

I think those are the only albums I bought from that year....

I don't know if you guys are listing Pac cause '97 was weak, but I'm getting the feeling that I'm the only one that thought R U Still Down was terrible.  There was a reason that those songs were leftovers.

R U Still Down is an excellent album, but then again, im a big-time Pac dickrider [no, im not afraid to admit it, matter of fact im damn proud of it]...........its not a CLASSIC album like AEOM or Makaveli, but it does have its fair share of classic songs [Hellrazor, Only Fear Of Death, Do For Love, 16 On Death Row, etc etc]........id give it 4 mics.
