Ya'll know who I'm talkin about. Devin. Possibly the most slept on artist in hip hop. Anybody else feel me on this? If you haven't heard him, here's some tracks to check out.

yeah devin's dope.. i like "doobie ashtray" produced by primo on his second album and "Do What You Wanna Do" from his first album is on some classic shit..

btw "Bust One Fa Ya" off devins first album is the song he performed on the up in smoke tour before they launched into "fuck you" (off of 2001)
he's also not west coast :)

devin is scarfaces prodege....devin sang on hand of the dead body on scarfaces the diary then his group odd squad came out on rap alot.....devin proceded to join  facemob and then he sang backup and had verses on untouchable ...he really got his firstshine on scarfaces my homies where he had solo cuts and features and  eventually that year  dropped the dude....his first solo debut
