Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

Lots of dudes I know feel that metal requires no talent either, just a bunch of dudes yelling over loud guitar riffs. But don't get me wrong, metal kicks ass. Pantera, Damage Plan, Metallica, Hatebreed, Black Label Society, etc. Just let me ask you this one question: if you don't like rap, why are you here?
