computer help needed

Alright, for the past few days my cpu has been infected with malware. Theres like 100 files of it that i can't get rid of. I've tried using "Ad Aware" to delete it but it tells me that it can't remove it. Then it gives the address "C:\ProgramFiles\istsvc\istsvc.exe" as the one it can't remove. I've tried deleting it by right clicking on it and everything but it tells me "Cannot delete istsvc: There has been a sharing violation. The source or destination file may be in use"

any help would be appreciated.

if the program is in use it wont let you delete it.

boot in safe mode (turn on your computer and keep clicking f8

then only important stuff will be running....then delete that shit/.
