MC Eiht. He is a true legend. Has two classics under his belt (Music To Driveby, We Come Strapped) but doesn't get recognition. Eiht still puts out good material too.

none of them are underrated.  people who heard their albums recognize the dope ones, and recognize the skills of the rappers.  they just don't have a big fanbase because for the most part people don't check out their stuff.  you can't be underrated by someone if that someone has never heard your album.  this is a westcoast forum and a majority of the people on here don't listen to bay rappers at all, which just goes to show how little the rest of the world hears them.  all those rappers get mad props in california, they definately are not underrated.
