Here in Germany there are only few rappers you can listen to without gettin' nausea. I like the Berlin stuff more, p.e. Bushido (cheap production and rhymes, dope  nevertheless), Kool Savas etc. Azad is also OK, though it's damn hard to understand him.
"NLP" by M.O.R. is a cool german rap album
