i fucked up somehow and i deleted word pad from my homies comp and he uses that alot so can someone please help me find link or soemthin to install it bak on her comp

any help wit be greatly appriciated

i'm not sure u can find that on the net, but i'm pretty sure it's on the windows CD, depending on which windows he has. Anyway, u can open wordpad files with microsoft word, so he's safe

ight thanx ill give him word tomorow but i still need to know know how i can reinstall that shit back on his comp

you would probably just have to insert the windows cd and click on update features or whatever
it sould be an optional program when you install windows, you know what i'm talking about? when it gives u that screen in which you choose "full install" or "custom install"? Then, when u click Custom install it lets u choose windows components? Well, i think u gotta go back to that screen from the CD, there's a way to do that with win98. If he's got Xp, i can't really help u there
