Hell nah. The only two good West Coast songs that came from somewhere other than the West is Ludacris & Dj Quik - Spur Of the Moment and Bitches Aint Shit 0ff Crunk Juice.

the original camron track called dopeman is crazy.  the sample was off the hook but there was only a small snippet of the track.
