partly it´s also genetical. some people do just have whiter teeth than others, no matter what they eat, drink, how much they brush em etc.

Just brush at least twice a day with  and try to floss everday( I know its boring and I only do it like once a week but it works). Also use Hydrogen Peroxide rather then Listerine or mouth wash because it doesnt contain alcohol.

DO NOT use whitening toothpastes! It will fuck up your gums that hold your teeth. I used to use it until  my gums started to peel and bleed...shit is nasty, dont use it.
