hmm...You have plenty of choices when it comes to amps.
Those Alpine Type-R 12"'s that your gonna get require 300 watts RMS exactly.  So obiovusly your gonna need 600 watts RMS.  Remember that RMS and just "watts" are different, RMS is continous power and thats what you need to be worried about most
i've heard good things about those type-R's, they supposedly hit just as hard as JL Audio W-3's.  The main part about a system though is the installation, plus you want a good box for those subs.  It'll sound shitty with a bad box.  I recommend, (if you have room) to get a PORTED box, (yes its louder and hits harder, when its ported,)
with those subs, I recommend 3.4-4.0 cubic feet for the box

That amp seems like a good deal, make sure its 800 watts RMS, its better to overpower than underpower actually, because you can turn down the gain on the amp
how much can you get that amp for?
Make sure you ohmage is not too low, other wise you need bigger wiring and that shit can get expensive.  4 gauge wiring should be good.

This kicker amp here I found is really good ass deal.  Typically for amps, a dollar a watt usually means good quality,  That one retails for 852.00, on sale 322.00
JL Audio makes some good amps, but they are really expensive, it also depends on how much your willing to spend

This other power acoustik ain't bad either

both of these ^^^ websites have good deals on audio components, if you got any questions just hit me up

when it comes to the box, I wouldn't buy one thats already made,
its always better to build your own custom box, that way you or someone else can make it to the correct type of dimensions
that way it'll sound better, sometimes you can buy a pre-made box, but it was designed for something else, which is not good

if you dont know anyone that can build custom boxes, then go to the audio shop, make sures its a good one, not just one that tries to rip you off, do a lil research in your area and see whats good and what sux
custom box all the way though, its your choice, but it'll sound better this way, one thing about systems is they can get a lil expensive, but if you want good sound, just pay for quality and especially installation
