people always say that Dre beats sound the same, but imo Premier's beats can have that effect as well.  Each has their own signature sound but it works.  Primo gives you that real Hip Hop feel, but like others have said Dre switches it up a lot and tries to reinvent/innovate his style.

on a sidenote...when Dre was talking about the Chairman of the Board album...it should have been with Premier instead.

dre for producing whole classics like doggystyle, chronic, 2001 and for making more different shit but not for his stuff he made in the last 3 or 4 years
premiere is my favourite eastcoast producer ..and i love his shit..but most of his shit sounds very similar
