someone is a "stan" when they constantly try and defend a rapper. ive seen some go as far as to argue with people about their sales or how much money they bring in off the music. before i had the internet 2pac had the worst "stans" i had ever seen. then when i get the internet, i realize nas has his own little cult following. niggas would straight up die for this cat, its some sad shit. someone gave me a link to the nas message board and they got his baby mothers work number and they started harassing her, all for their hero nas. the underground nerd rap "stans" are the funniest tho, they try so hard to be different, and they wont stop arguing with you until you agree that mc intergalatic is nice, but you know hes not cause he has one of the worst flows you've ever heard..
