Nationally syndicated hip-hop radio show host Sway and King Tech are releasing a new CD “Back 2 Basics” 15 years after their first album Concrete Jungle. “Back 2 Basics” released on Bungalo records will hit the streets may 24, featuring a long list of cameo’s by Dirty Bird, Common, Royce Da 5’9”, Kam, Canibus, Chino XL, Sly Boogy, Crooked I, Kallihan, Self Scientific, And Verb & Rock. King Tech produces two songs with Crooked I and the other songs are produced by a varied group, including Dj Premier, Focus, DJ Khalil, KWAME, Supa Dave West, Fingaz, DJ Revolution, Jake One, Darren Vegas and Hispanik. I caught up with Sway and King Tech on the phone as they navigated the public streets of Southern Califonia from Bungalo records to another meeting.
