I ain't seen Rock doing stand up, but I can tell you his movies are wack and he ain't funny at all in em. Tucker's are the shit I crack up just seeing his face and hearing his voice.

My vote goes to Mr. Tucker.

i think you should see some of rock's stand up before you make your decision.  at the very least, you should download his last album "never scared."  his best stand up was "bigger and blacker."

I'll pick the dark skinned, skinny, high pitched voice having, loud mothed, obnoxious comedian named Chris. 

I have to go with Mr. Rock. His stand up routines are just priceless. Especially the Bigger and Blacker special. That whole routine is perhaps the funniest stand up routine I've ever seen. Some of the stuff he says will have you crying in laughter. Plus he has the balls to say the craziest shit.

Chris Tucker is funny in movies but the stand up is the staple of a comedian's repetoire. Chris Rock wins that hands down.
