Well over here in Melbourne where there is a larger population we aint hearing it at all...no way this album has pre-sold 100k, no matter how much I love Quik, he wasnt built for the masses

Out here in Cali, seems like whenever I turn on the radio all I hear is Quik. Maybe when you come out here for your trip in 2007 you'll understand what I'm saying.

I didn't say that he doesn't get radio play...in fact I said in my post that he does (in Cali). But still, 100,000 pre-orders is a lot just by having radio-play & a mixtape.

this new dj quik album is gonna unfournately flop like his last two albums and he is getting a lot of exposure and radio play but is still not able too pusg units like back in the day becuz he doesnt make the same kind of music he once did he trys to be too different and creative instead of sticking to what made him big and what got him to where he was in the 90's !!!!!!!!

eiht has plenty of platinum albums but hes not on a major label like dj quik is is he ? eiht is independent which you make more money doing especially if you sell a lot of units like mc eiht does becuz veterans day did real good last year for a independent album with no radio or video play and debut on the billboard charts and stayed on thier for several weeks so that is a plus for eiht selling !!

if you sell 10,000 to 20,000  copies as a independent artist then your gonna make more money then a major label artist that sells 250 ,000 to 500, 000 copies becuz its the politics of the game so eiht made a lot of money on his last couple of albums homie you better belive he probally sold around 100,000 copies independent and thats real big shit !!!!!!!

becuz most independent artist sell around 20,000 at the most but eiht is a veteran with a track record so he did better than that good for eiht man !!!!!!!!
