So I went slightly out of my mind....and bought 35 albums in the last week

Just moved to this city that I lived near last year, with an awesome vinyl store a cab ride away. So to celebrate living in my first house, I decided to go nuts and buy music to accentuate it. Lots.

Here's the list:

Stevie Wonder - Uptight (Everythings Alright), Songs In The Key Of Life
Chet Atkins- Now and Then
The Clash - Sandinista
Bruce Springsteen - Nabraska
John Mayall - Ten Years Gone
Queen - Sheer Heart Attack

Average White Band - self titled, Volume VIII

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

Yeah living by myself is cool. I got 3 other people in the house too.

My turntable is an Optimus Lab 1100 Fully Automatic. It's a really good one, only like a year old.

the ones i higlighted are albums i really like
when i use to work at a record shop i use to use my whole paycheck up and buy albums like it wasn't no thing, i use to buy like 50 every other week
