Have u ever heard a line a load of times and never realised how deep it was until someone pointed it out. Well thats what i did with this line on it aint hard to tell until i saw someone break it down on another board.

" I drank Moet with Medusa, give her shotguns in hell
From the spliff that I lift and inhale, it ain't hard to tell"

I drank Moet with Medusa 

- Getting drunk or stoned with Medusa who turned anyone to stone who looked at her.

give her shotguns in hell 

- to do a proper shotgun, you inhale (in Hell is a a play on words) the smoke and blow it in the girls mouth. You probably are are staring right at her. So he is saying he is so sick he can stare down Medusa and not be turned to stone. And not only that, he is getting her stoned by getting her drunk and high. So he essentially flipped the script on Medusa.

From the spliff that I lift and inhale, it ain't hard to tell 

So he looks Medusa right in the eye while he is going shotguns with her and instead of being turned to stone like everyone else, he gets her STONED instead. The inhale and in Hell rhyme and is a Pun.
