ok.. i figure i'm one of the few to have both dvd's ... so i'mma lay it down real quick..


1.. there is no question. this is the exact same show.

2.. the quality on the new official death row release is WAY WAY WAY better than the japanese one from a year or two ago

3.. however the japanese one has the Suge Knight intro and danny boy performance before pac kicks off..
     AND it also has the soopafly performing I Dont Hang and DPG doing What Would You Do

4.. however the new one has one_ more_ pac.. performance. him doing 2 of americaz most with snoop...
   AND it has   Do What I feel + Gz+Hustlaz...

  THEN daz+kurupt doing "a song from their upcoming album west coast aftershock" called Me In Your World (which ended up on death row's greatest hits disk 2 track 15)
   and daz disses Dre in it.. (details in the post below this one) it also has performances of  "For my niggaz + bitches" and snoop doing a song from his upcoming album Doggfather.. called um.. Doggfather lol...  and Gin+Juice


update: later in this post i've done a FULL set list with the differences highlighted.

also.. i believe the US version of the new Tupac one has a documentary called "G-Funk Just The Music, No Drama"  instead of all the full version music videos the european version has (cali love remix/to live and die in LA/hit em up/how do you want it(concert version)/i aint mad at cha)

it depends on your definition of better.

quality + presentation wise the death row one is better hands down.

but both have performances the other doesnt.

does the dogg pound get long on stage or is it mostly 2pac?

they get a long time on stage... they've used pac's name to push this.. but in fact on the row version..

pac does 10 songs plus on the euro version there are 5 music videos
snoop+dpg combined.. do 15 songs

its harder to count my jap one since theres no tracklist but pac's set is the same.. and snoop's ends part way through...  _but_ daz+kurupt do 1 more song, and soopa does 1 and danny boy does 1 or 2..

i bought mine in america. and mine doesnt have that g funk documentary. i dont think that documentary is on any of the DVDS. mine has all the music videos.
